Unable to create new leagues

I'm unable to create new leagues via the Standard/Custom/Historical options. When I try to create a league, it returns a blank modal (see screenshot attached).

This is occurring on a Steam Deck device with default settings.

I'm able to load existing leagues without an issue. I attempted to reinstall and delete existing config folders as I had previously tried to define a custom saved game path. It occurs in both game and desktop modes. How can this be fixed?

For anyone else who experiences this issue, I seem to have figured it out. Unknowingly, I had a custom screen size configured for the Steam Deck. I tried changing the resolution to a preset option and it fixed the problem with creating new leagues.
