Custom Game Constant Foreign Trouble

Constantly struggle to understand what is going on with the foreign player counter

I have two leagues and I expect them to behave in the same way,

But they do not ..

1- Major League with Germany as country setting and Western Europe as region

2- Junior League with Switzerkand as country and Central Europe as region

But in 1-- Players from countries that have teams are not considered foreign

In 2 - Only Swiss players are allowed to be in other teams and not count as foreign ..

*** Originally when I made the league, I did not choose a region .. will this reset the next July 1??

Yeah, the "foreign" definition never changes, so if the region's not included during the starting setup, it'll never have an effect on which players are considered imports. But thinking about it, I suspect we could change that to update that annually without too much of a risk. I'll add it to the to-do list, but I'm not sure when we'll be able to get that in.
