Can't boot up OOTP23
I backed out of my game and restarted my computer. After the restart, OOTP wouldn't boot. It would say it was running but alas it was only 6.1MB of memory being used.
I did an uninstall and reinstall. Same thing continues. Antivirus is disabled for OOTP. Any ideas? Windows 11.
