Hello everyone, a bug has appeared that did not exist before. As a free agent Bo Horvat, I offer him a contract 6020, then I understand that this is not enough and I should increase the amount. But I can’t increase it, the submit offer button is inactive.

That response indicates he's actually OK with the offer you've already made, so there's no way to make a new one. Did you get a response via PM that he wanted more?

He is a free agent and he is the best free agent. 100% competitors will offer him more than I give, I would like to immediately give more and not bargain and not waste time. But I can no longer increase an already made offer on the same day. Although when FHM9 just came out, I could do it.
