Criteria for Leadership Tag has Changed

I'm not sure if this is a bug or not, so figured I would post it here just in case it's unintended. But the criteria of old for the "Leadership" tag was 15 in Leadership and 15 in Professionalism.

This is no longer the case. Guys like Ivan Provorov (15/13), Boone Jenner (16/12), and Adam Lowry (15/13) are now tagged as "Leaders" and show up on the Team Harmony screen. If this is intended -- and guys like Jenner and Lowry definitely deserve the distinction -- what are the new marks to be tagged a "Leader"?

Captains and Assistant Captains are included on the Leaders list automatically, regardless of ratings. Normally, it's 16 in Leadership to qualify at the NHL level (less for lower-level leagues.)
