Problem saving Jersey Logos

I set up my factional league teams with custom jerseys and a matching logo for both home and way jerseys in OOTP23. The box on the lower left is checked to save the logos but when I save the game and go back to it later all of the jerseys have the logos moved from the front of the jersey to the shoulder area. Most of the teams in my league are from the PCL and International league and 10 of the teams are completely fictional. Just to note I am running on a MAC IOS 10.13.6 Any help solving this issue would be greatly appreciated,
Also on a different note how do I copy and save logos from the community? The manual is not very clear on the steps needed. Not able to find a logo folder on my system.
