Injury proneness can improve, at least if a player goes a long time without missing time. My current catcher came in the league as durable and is now an iron man. I'm fairly certain I've seen the same for with players over time increase to "durable" from whatever the rating is before that (sorry, drawing a blank right now).
What I haven't seen is a player with any significant injury improve no matter how long they go from then on without. In those cases the best I think one can hope for is to not continue to go down. |

Some players could be more responsive to additional training than others, and of course your coaching staffs' abilities would also play a role. I’m not talking about massive talent boosts, but rather a little help in one area, perhaps at the expense of others. This way it’s a calculated decision, and isn’t something you are just going to do with every player on your roster. Anyway, just an idea. Feel free to piss all over it if you like.
