Newly added cities not showing up in exported SQL data

I have added a few new cities in the Game > Explore World > Canada section. I then export my SQL from the League Settings > Database > Database Tools, Create SQL dump for MySQL and the cities.mysql.sql file is not getting updated with all of those new cities.

This is for a league imported from OOTP 21 into OOTP 22 and then from OOTP 22 into OOTP 23.

Cities that have been created since importing to OOTP 23 and are not showing up in the SQL are:
- Alcona
- Belle River
- Breslau
- Cloyne
- Flesherton
- Forest Hill
- Keswick
- Lion's Head
- M'Chigeeng
- Odessa
- Pickle Lake
- Rainy River
- Rockland
- Sharbot Lake
- Walsingham
- Waterdown
- Williamstown

Cities that have been created since importing to OOTP 23 and are showing up in the SQL are:
- Elgin
- LaSalle
- Maple
- Scarborough
- Stayner
- Stouffville
- Woodbridge

Unsure why some of the cities are showing up in the exported SQL file but the rest aren't. Does not really make much sense.

Solved this one on my own. In order for the city to show up in the cities.mysql.sql file when exporting SQL from a league that city needs to be used in the league somehow, such as a birthplace for a player or location for a team. Makes sense.
