Activation no longer working

Hello,
This is for ootp19 and i have posted in that thread, but did not know if that is still active, so i am posting here for help in case.

When i start the game a pop up box states esellerate could not connect to the servers error # 0x80072EFD.
I end up at the startup screen asking to input my activation code which is already preset since i have had the game for several years and the same error message pop up along with another error msg stating activate serial number returned 0xE0000003 engine_internal_error.

This just started last night but i have not tried to start the game for a few weeks, so i don't know when this issue started.

I believe esellerate is dead.

I know they switched to a different company to purchase games, but the game has been working fine for 3 years until i had a crash the other day trying to boot it up. When i restarted after the crash is when i started getting this error.
I would think somehow my serial number was being read somewhere every time i started the game before this.

For situations like OOTP 19 activation keys and license keys for eSellerate you will want to send us a ticket about that. Support@ootpdevelopments.com

We do have a way to resolve that issue but that has to be handled via our ticketing system for tech support.

Hey Alex,

I got your email yesterday with the link for the exe file and it worked to load the game again. Thank you for that.

But it has caused a new issue that it will not load my saved games because the game version is now not the same as when i saved the league per the error msg. i sent the info back to you in your email to me.
