Nzsftbl Minors (Triple A) Join Date: Sep 2004 Posts: 265	Foreign player question (OOTP 21,22,23) I have a universe with leagues of a few countries. I am playing with no foreign players but would like to open up free agency, that anyone can sign with anyone. However, I would like the teams to draft mostly, if not all, players from their country (I.e. New York mostly/only drafts Americans, etc). I know there is a foreign player limit but that in my experience, that doesn't limit draft pools. Right now, this is a OOTP 21 universe. I have 22 but don't have 23 yet. Would this work better on 23? Or even 22? Or maybe, are there settings that I'm not using? Thanks in advance
