My entire roster is unhappy

Totally new to FHM but not OOTP. playing as Yale GM only and even after my second preseason game my entire team is unhappy. Did I miss some sort of training setting or something? Any newbie video you can recommend to get me to to speed?

Are you spending on Player Morale in the monthly financials?
