Shopping Draft Picks

I tried searching and didn't see anything. Any chance we can get the ability to shop draft picks?

This would be good, and also the ability to shop a players rights.

Or if you offer a pick(s) only for a player(s), for your scout to comment on if he thinks the team will accept the offer or not.
