FPHL not displayed but still playable

Hi !

I noticed that the FPHL is not displayed on the select leagues screen at the beginning, but is still playable by default once the game has started. Here are some screenshots :

Ah, the NCAA must have bumped them off the visible part of the menu, we'll get that fixed.
