Starting on two days rest?

Wade Millar has an endurance rating of B and pitched in relief in Games 2 and 3 of the ALDS. He started a game four days before his first relief outing. Would it be feasible for him Start Game 5? His 5 day pitch summary would look like this: 38 0 43 0 0

You can start him, but I wouldn't expect him to last too long. My guess is about 60 pitches or so at the most.
