Question re tournament rankings

I just saw this at the bottom of the post about PT World Championships:

The top 10 teams in the all-time rankings will get a free copy of OOTP 24.

Is that the top ten for each of the four categories, or...? I ask because I have somehow risen to #3 all-time in weekly drafts, though I've flamed out in the first round of each of the monthly tournaments so far.
