I had two in the same division once this year (same license, too). You'd think OOTP would keep this from happening because of the possibility for shenanigans.

Unless it's Perfect or Diamond league, the shenanigans don't really matter. The stakes are pretty low in the low level leagues.

Is this not a thing people do? I always set it up that way (aka become "friends" with my other teams and then say I want to be teamed up with my friends), not for any shenanigans but just for fun. I'm also a pretty casual player though, who doesn't care enough/have anywhere near the energy to try and do any shenanigans.
