Amateur draft - kids with 5 and 6 years of high school

I just noticed that there are kids coming into the draft that have spent five and six years in high school. Is this a bug or is this intentional? It seems weird. I iImagine this is extremely rare in the real world if it happens at all, but three of my draft picks in a 20 round draft were in high school for more than 4 years.

This is still happening and it's a lot of players. I have not changed the player creation ages from the default of zero. Kids should be in HS 4 years. Maybe I should report this as a bug. If you read this can you please report whether you're seeing the same thing in your amateur drafts. This is really annoying.
