TB Rays Ballpark - What type of pitchers to use?

I still don't have a firm understanding of how to match the right SP with home ballpark factors. I know there are flyball pitchers, extreme groundball pitchers, etc.

I am the Tampa Bay Rays. What type of starting pitchers are best suited for my home ballpark and why?

The real Rays typically reply more on neutral/Flyball pitchers and use elite OF defense (Siri, Kiermaier, Margot) for outs. They also have Rasmussen who is a Groundball pitcher. Strong defense and pitching are also a big key for them. I don’t recall Taylor Walls (2b) defense ratings, but he is considered elite in defense runs saved metrics.

Starting pitching Glasnow, McClanahan, and Baz are all good to elite pitchers.

Rasmussen, Springs also good pitchers.

Their ballpark favors pitchers.
