Live Start without the records and stats?

Can you do a livestart for the purposes of the most up to date rosters without having the stats and standings? So basically starting from opening day with the rosters as they would be on Sept 30th?

Yes.

1) On the Start Screen, choose to Create A New Custom League. This opens the Game Creation wizard.
2) Select the Real World League option.
3) Select which real world leagues you wish to have in your game (note- Live Start only applies to MLB)
4) Select Next (at the bottom of the screen) to load your chosen leagues and move to the next page of the wizard.
5) The option to select the different elements (ratings, statistics, records, injuries) of Live Start a la carte will be on the right side of the new wizard page (I believe, if not it is on one of the subsequent pages). Choose a date through which the Live Start will be updated and the elements you want updated through that date.
6) Finish creating the game (either by continuing in the wizard or through Advanced Mode).
