Historical Facegens - Germany

Here are some early historical players with German nationality (both East & West), I will add more as I go. I've included a Missing Players text file that lists any real players I couldn't find an image of.
Shout out to the excellent 'Hockey Archives' website, without whom this exercise would be next to impossible.

I've added the remaining German players. There's 428 players in this folder,
through 2005 entry draft.
