How come former, St. Louis Cardinals, Tommy Pham and former, Los Angeles Dodger, Alex Wood are not in the historical database?

They are. Here are their import codes:

phamth01

woodal02

Import from the historical.database.odb file and have an MLB year they played in as the year. If you want them as minor leaguers there is a different code to use and an additional step.
