Possibly related issues with off-season and complex leagues

When I do love start for some reason it starts the Dominican, Florida, and Arizona complex leagues on the start date (for example, if I started a live start today the complex leagues schedule would start on 9/11) which means they don't finish until November. This may be related but I also ran into an issue where the day after the world series ended it didn't trigger the off-season. It just proceeded to the next day and there is no option to check arb eligible players or vote on awards. Any way to fix these issues? I tried deleting the complex leagues schedules by clicking the edit league schedules and deleting every game but as soon as I sim to the next day they repopulate
