State of Michigan World XML file?

Hi all,

I am attempting to make a large Michigan townball pro/rel ladder stretching back from 100 years ago. I am looking for someone to help with the file to allow only Michigan players and towns to be present. I have no idea how to do it. Thanks.

Are you willing to get your hands dirty with a little XML? It's not the most difficult thing, it's just tedious and enormous attention to detail is required. I added a bunch of towns to the DB (but all in the Upper) when I released my UPBA Quickstart. Didn't include the local data because it was a PITA.

Msg me if you're willing on XML and I'll show you what I did.
