Thanks for the work on this. I hate to continue to be that guy but:

The link you posted doesn't take me to a post, I'm getting a "You don't have permission" error.

More importantly, I found the blurb in the logo/ballcap/jersey _readme.txt about going to data/color for a readme, but there's no folder in my default (Documents>OOTP23) folder or in my Program Files folder called "color." And there's no _readme.txt that corresponds to colors. The only new readmes with this installation are in logos, ballcaps, and jerseys, all of which point me to a color directory that either (a) I can't find or (b) doesn't exist because the installer didn't write those files during installation.

I tried a reinstall of 23.7.87 with no luck.

Try going to 'settings' > 'troubleshooting' and hitting the 'force-reinstall data' button. That might force the colors folder to get installed. If that doesn't work, let us know in case it didn't get included in the build somehow.

Whenever I try to access my mail while in PT I get CTD.

No problem in any solo leagues, only happens in PT. I've clicked the shortcut on the icon bar and used the menu to go to my mail, both routes cause CTD.

Again, this is only in PT, works fine in solo league.

I think the folder may've accidently got left out of the build. We'll get in in for the official release.
