UBE (Realistic Modern Day) Is looking for a Pirates GM!

Hello! My OOTP23 League UBE is looking for a GM to manage the Pirates for the start of the 2024 season and beyond. They went near the bottom of the league with a 60-102 in 2023, but for good reason. They boast the 3rd best farm system in the league, with 6 top 100 prospects, and 12 top 200!

Their team is solidly below average, but rising stars Brennen Davis and Oneil Cruz lead the team and need a solid GM to allow them to rise from the ashes.

To add to the complexity and improve interest, scouting and coaching are both ON. This is a faster-paced league, with 4-5 sims per week.
