Transferring purchases from old app not working!

Have had to transfer twice now. Played the 1909 season then noticed that 1910 rookies weren’t being put in the 1910 draft. Realized that it’s because my 1910 season wasn’t there. So, did transfer for a THIRD time, but got this error message now.

Help!!

This is crazy. Got it to work again…and now my seasons are wiped out AGAIN.

I'll try my best to help; can you let me know a step-by-step of what you do to transfer, then when does it get wiped out?

- I go to 22, and export seasons. Put in my email address and get the 6 digit code emailed to me
- I enter the code and it says seasons are exported
- I go to 23, and hit Load Seasons. I put it in my email address and get the 6 digit code emailed to me
- I enter the code and it says seasons are now installed
- everything is great and I play whatever seasons I have (which is the entire all-in-one bundle)
- but when I close the app and come back - in fact, EVERY time I close the app and come back - the seasons are no longer “purchased” (attached is a screenshot of the Historical Seasons shop…happened again this AM)

I’m in an iPhone 13, with plenty of memory. I have no idea what is happening. Do I need to delete and reinstall the app? And if so, what happens to the 1909 sim I just started up?

This was very helpful thanks! I've been able to get a fix in and it'll be resolved in the next patch

There is a temporary workaround if you've purchased a season or bundle in the new 23 app. Please note it only works if you have purchases in the new game due to the way the restore works. But this will only be needed until next patch when it's fixed.

After you load the old purchases successfully into Go 23, tap on the "Restore IAP's" button.

Does that mean that after we purchase something else in the new app (say the 2022 rosters) those of us who have loaded past purchases will be able to restore the past purchase through the IAP Restore function moving forward?

No, but with the patch yesterday there won't be a bug anymore that clears the purchases when loading old purchases. You won't be able to "restore" the loaded seasons because we can only restore purchases that are stored on the store (Play Store/App Store) server itself, but it won't clear or disappear anymore and you shouldn't need to load more than once anymore (unless you fully delete the app contents and reinstall)

Hey Will: The new Go looks awesome when it works. Box scores don't include all the stats. When I go to the scores screen some of the data shown is messed up. For instance when some teams are shutout the info on the Scores screen shows some of their players having hit homeruns, Other game scores show a player that has hit a homerun twice. Once as if he had hit two homeruns followed by his name again as hitting one homerun. During the game when the home team hits a home run, the screen starts jittering. I can stop the jittering by first clicking on the "hamburger" symbol, then clicking on the image of the game that is shown, waiting until I'm returned to the game, but on another screen, then clicking on the "return to the game" screen. Those two problems were also present in the original GO. Finally, occasionally the game freezes, usually when automatically saving the game, this also was a problem with the original game. Your game is the only app that gives me trouble. I have a powerful Samsung Galaxy 9+ with 256 GB of internal memory and an SD card with an additional 256 GB of memory and well over one half of my memory is available. Prior to running GO, I use my "Task" app to shut down all nonessential apps to clear as much internal memory as I can, but that doesn't help. I have some questions about game capabilities, but I'll ask about them on another thread. I'm a long time fan of yours and I own numerous previous versions of the PC version. As others have mentioned, I'm hoping for Commissioner Mode to become available in GO. I'm a long time Computer Consultant & Analyst, just not Android, who appreciates what you've accomplished so far. Kudos to all of you! I've played well over 10,000 games with OOTP through the years and now that I'm retired I anticipate playing many more! Thanks for what you do!

One more difficulty. I followed all of your instructions to add my previous seasons purchased with the original GO. I received my verification code, but when I type it in or even paste it I receive an error message. Hopefully this can be resolved. Thanks again!

In terms of the jittering, can you enable the debug mode and send me over the trace file after it occurs again? The trace will likely have the errors which we can investigate.
Can you describe a bit more about the freezing? Does it freeze at a certain point during the saving process?
