Team Affiliates Not Saving

I just added a minor league to my custom game and then used a quickstart to make the league unplayable, it didn't matter too much to me, just wanted someplace to send prospects besides a reserve list. Unfortunately, I'm trying to set the affiliations but it's not saving. I hit save and the affiliation reverts to none.

Teams in nonplayable leagues can't be set as farm teams via the editor.

Is there any way to do that or is it just not possible?

It also doesn't seem to work with expansion leagues. I tried it in the original game with the league being playable and it didn't save

To be more specific, I created a farm league for a league that already existed but I can't connect the minor league teams to the major league ones

I think the only way to make it work would be to edit the affiliation before saving it as a quickstart.

Still trying to get help on this. It won't save the affiliations even if the league is playable.

Upload the file and I'll have a look, which leagues are you trying to set this up with?

It's the Canadian Hockey League with the Canadian Senior Hockey League as the farm league. I uploaded it as "Affiliate Issues" Thanks!

I think I know the problem - there's a setting that controls whether or not a league's teams can be assigned as farm teams in another specific league, and that doesn't seem to be present here. Not sure why, but likely a bug we'll need to take a look at.

Trying to get a fix into FHM9 that'll prevent the chance of this happening, but it won't be possible for 8.
