This is a promotion/relegation league based on 2015 MLB stats, league batting average was about .252 this season .. Yeah he is older with a year more on the contract but certainly the owner can give me another position to upgrade.. my left fielder was a disaster for example.

That’s the flip side of my owner prioritizing I extend Andrelton Simmons and his .190 BA. Hmmmm.

Whats Simmons popularity and personality rankings compared to the rest of the ream? If he's one of the most popular then the owner just wants butts in the seats if he is a valuable personality in the clubhouse that could be why your owner is overlooking the stats. More goes into that owner goal than just stats

Except I'm talking from experience .. it's why in my Cardinals sims, I'm always pushed to extend Molina or Pujols. Because of both being popular and captain types. Any player that has the captain personality is prioritized in fan popularity in the game. Don't take my word... find one in the game and sign or trade for them amd you'll get a notification about fan interest going up.

I've been here since version 6.5 after an online friend suggested the game to me in a high heat forum. So I'd suggest it's more likely that you just have an agenda against Ootp and aren't willing to consider anything other than the half truths you want to believe. Like with your Contreras/Dodgers thread where you leave out huge details when complaining how the AI handled that situation.

Hey, you seem really smart about these things. Tell me more about this captain personality thing. Never heard anyone say things quite like you. You might be on to something and I'm intrigued.

Also, what is this Molina thing..is this Benjie or his dad, Ben Sr., you're talking about? Please share more of this information.
