About disabling Scouting&Coaching System

Hi all, what happen to scouting discovery and to International Complex if I disable both Complete Scouting & Complete Coaching Systems? I've to live with no new (discovered by scout) player at all? Or my A's continue to discover new 'talent' to fill my Int.Co.?

I play Ootp21 (Standard Game) but I hope there's no difference about it.

I haven't played that way but if you don't have scouting turned on, you really have no one searching for new talent. Theoretically, you should have no found players in the season and just the new ones that come in the off season.

Thank you, playing with Scouting System=on & Coaching System=off results in new discoveries by my Head Scout (Kubota in my case) but I don't know what happen in the future because I can't hire new personnel and I don't know if Kubota can live forever or what happen when/if he retire/die. I don't like to play this way so I want to try to turn off both option but whit no talent discoveries I think it's better (for me) cancel the DSL league and forget Int.Co. (I don't want to fill my DSL team with free agent signing, too much work).

I'm not native speaker so I hope you can understand what I try to say

You will still get scouting discoveries.

Even with Scouting off, there are the OSA Scouts. By disabling scouting, all you're really doing is giving every team the exact same scouting report on players, as every team uses the OSA Scout.

You're right, thanks. The only difference is that you don't receive any advice by the game about new discoveries, I can live with that.

This is the correct answer as I've experienced it. I turn off scouting specifically to make the game a bit more challenging by removing an advantage I would normally have over the AI (better scouts).
