Perfect Draft Issue - rosters changing

The rosters for my perfect drafts - including the PTCS series Daily PT tourney this Saturday - keep changing for some reason. I will save the team as normal but when I come back to it, pitchers will be in batter positions and vice versa. I am also pretty sure the actual makeup of my teams have been changing as well since I will end up with more or less pitchers than I normally have on my teams (I draft 12 and keep ending up with 11 or 13, etc.) For instance, I just checked my PTCS team that was correct earlier today and last evening and it was showing Roberto Perez (Cleveland catcher) as a relief pitcher when he wasn't even on that team (although I did just draft him on a different perfect draft team). When I went back to check, Perez was no longer there and Julian Tavarez was back as expected but with an unspecified pitching role.

Can confirm this is related to drafting other Perfect Draft teams. I just drafted for Perfect Draft 1 (scheduled for 3 AM on 8/5). At least 4 players drafted for this team just showed up on my PTCS team and in opposite positions - Willie McCovey, Babe Ruth and Casey Candaele are showing up as pitchers and Sean Doolittle is showing up as a C/DH. Jermaine Palacios - who is actually on the PCTS team - is also now showing up as a pitcher. Julian Tavarez - who is supposed to be on the PCTS team - is now showing up on my Perfect Draft 7 team as a C as well so it appears that after drafting a new PT team, all the teams currently drafted get jumbled.

This appears to also affecting my other teams as well. Town of Lake Loons (gfunky24) Perfect Draft 1 from 8/4 that started at 3 AM had Phil Regan as my starting CF and leadoff hitter and Enrique Hernandez as my CL

Some further information - if I reset the cache, that appears to fix the issue momentarily. A message pops up about the roster being imported and things look as normal. After this if I try to manage the rosters of the other 2 perfect drafts I have currently though, the rosters become jumbled among the 3 again and the AI starts switching player positions, etc. If I only access the single perfect draft roster though after resetting the cache, that roster remains static as normal.

Any suggestions would be much appreciated!

We've seen plenty of reports of this, and this should help fix the problem:

1. Delete old .PT files and old tournament files using the button located in the Profile and Settings tab.
2. Once done with step 1, reset the card caches using the Troubleshooting dropdown menu located in the same tab.

Hopefully this will fix the problem.

I appreciate the response but I've unfortunately already tried those troubleshooting steps and that did not rectify the issue. I neglected to point out that in addition to resetting the cache, I was also utilizing the 'Delete Old League and Tournament Files' button in the PT settings menu as well since those are my typical troubleshooting steps I try in addition to restarts. It would fix the issue but only temporarily - once I accessed the other 2 PD teams I have currently, the rosters would once again shift players amongst those 3 teams and alter their positions for some players.

This issue is still occurring if I attempt to access my second PD roster where the rosters become jumbled - for instance this morning, Brendan Ryan showed up on the other team as a pitcher after I opened my second PD roster despite being a member of the first team. Deleting outdated tourney files and resetting the cache rectifies the issue until I attempt to access the second PD roster again, and the same issue occurs.

Any other suggestions?
