Exclamation OOTP Go 23 - Soft launch in Canada and Australia today!

UPDATE: It's now live in Australia and Canada, both for iOS and Android. Please le us know what you think, and post bugs in the bug reports forum, including the info that you are using OOTP Go 23 please. Thanks!

Hey friends,

we will soft-launch the game in Canada and Australia later today. The limited launch will basically act like a short public beta, and after we have confirmed the game is stable, we will launch the game worldwide probably at the end of this week.

Because then it would not be a soft launch, as 80% of our customers live in the US

I'm getting a "not compatible with your device" message in Canada on both a samsung galaxy phone & tablet. Any Ideas?

The app is free and they have it setup where you don't have to rebuy seasons. It also seems the app needed to be redone due to the change in the PT backend provider. Many of us, including myself have made suggestions/requests of what we would like to have in Franchise Mode but I don't recall the team ever saying that there were going to be major feature updates/additions.

What is your Android version? I suggest updating to the latest one that your devices support. We had to increase the version requirements slightly.

"Restore IAP" does not work for those of us who previously bought historical seasons. Is there another way we should be restoring them?

EDIT: Nevermind, I figured it out. It works, but it's clunky, especially the restoring part. The window does not retain its state when switching apps, so when you go into your email to get the code you come back to find the email address field up again, with no way to bypass it and get to the code entry field without entering the email address again, which generates a new code. The only way to reliably do it is keep OOTP open and grab the code from the notification.

Once the seasons are loaded in the new backend for GO 23 will they be restorable through the normal IAP method? Or will we have to go through the export-import method again next year?

You have to export from GO then import into GO 23

Actually, importing the purchase does not work.

It doesn't retain the import after restart. And just using the "restore IAP" button does not work even after successfully importing them into the new backend.
