OOTP Go! Patch (22.12.87.61) Released

Hi all,
The new patch should be available on the Play Store and App Store now.
It is primarily to fix the launch issue many users were experiencing on newer Android versions.

22.12.087061 changes
- Fixed launch issue on newer Android versions
- Minor updates

Hi Will, can you please ask the team for some update on OOTP Go. Will be updated at same time as 23 comes out, after? There should be some information that could be shared at this point. Not sure why there hasn't been and there isn't a sticky for it.

I assume that the release will be new rosters without a new version of Go!

Will there be any way to update rosters during the season other than manually?

In earlier posts it has been made clear the app is complete although they left the door open to add features in the future. That leaves me to think it isn't on a time line like the desktop version, if there is anything added at all.

You will probably be able to purchase the current season at some point in the near future and I assume at some point if you play perfect team the app will point you to the 23 version and not the 22.

I agree with the OP. Like just tell us what’s going on. They can’t spare one person for five minutes in an entire year. Just disrespect to the community.

Right!!!!! They suck at communicating. As of today I will not renew a purchase for 2022 pack. I won’t support a company that sucks at communicating

Hi everyone, I'm very sorry I've been absent here for a little while, so while I'm sure everyone has read the update from Markus about Go, I just quickly wanted to address the questions here too as best I can.

As noted, it will be a new app and will have the current MLB & KBO seasons/rosters.

Features were also mentioned in a post above, and while I can't say exactly what at the moment, since the Go and desktop games share much of the same code, many of the new 23 changes will also be in the new Go 23 app.

If there's any outstanding questions I can try to answer them to the best of my ability. Please do keep in mind though that as Markus mentioned there is currently no specific timetable, and while we are really working hard at figuring out ways to transfer purchases from the old app to the new one, I can't promise that it'll be possible.

i went to the google play store for the OOTP Go and there is no "update" for the game, just "Play".. so how you get the patch>???

So that means you should already have the patch

There is an auto update option with google play

This particular patch is from March, so it's likely that it's already updated on your device since it will usually auto-update by default

Hey Will: I've purchased OOTP Baseball for many years now. You said updates for OOTP GO were available in the Google Play Store, but I can't find them and I am an owner since summer of 2021. I'm still playing, but I've encountered several bugs. I'm hoping that an improved update is available. If there is an update, where can I get it? If it is in the Play Store how can I access it? Thanks for your help!
