Cannot access my 3rd account
I set up a 3rd user account in Perfect Team 23 but did not get a verification confirmation email. Now I cannot delete or access this user. How do I delete this 3rd log-in and start again...or how do I request another confirmation email?

Hey West,
Thankfully if you wish to simply delete that 3rd account that most likely has already happened. Our confirmation code is needed to be entered within 72 hours of the account creation before that account is removed. So that account most likely is already removed from our system. If you'd like to attempt that 3rd account creation again let me know here and i'll try to make sure we can get you the confirmation code in case it isn't being sent correctly. Thanks Alex |
