Having Issues Seeing BAL Cards/LE Cards? Troubleshooting Within

Hey y'all,

We heard increasing reports last night of people not being able to view their BaL Perfect cards and other cards in their collections as of late, with some showing up as blank cards, Jim Jim or "0"s.

While we have completed some server maintenance earlier this morning that seems to have fixed the issue, if you are still experiencing these issues, please give these steps a try and see if it works:

1. Delete old .PT files and old tournament files using the button located on the right side of the Profile and Settings tab.
2. Once done with step 1, reset the card caches using the Troubleshooting dropdown menu located in the same tab in the top right.

Hopefully this will fix the problem. If this does not work, please contact either Alex Murray or Matt Arnold for further troubleshooting.
