Individual Player Strategy

Is there a way to ask your manager or bench coach to recommend/setup individual player strategy much the way you can ask them to setup your team strategy?

I don't think so but I only mess with individual if they are really fast or I want them to do something outside of the norm.

Actually I found it, but it is set up in a very strange way. It's only available from the "strategy" tab, and not the player profile strategy tab. Odd.
