Copying Custom views from 22 to 23

I have a ton of long worked on custom views in 22 - now that I am moving the last of my leagues to 23 and retiring 22 I am hoping someone knows of an easy export\import or backup\restore procedure. Not hard to create views, I just have so many it would be awesome if someone knows how to do this.

I found this response from last year - but I cant seem to find the files mentioned and not sure if this is the same from 22->23 as it was 21->22
