Invalid credentials

I can log in on 22 with my user name and password but not in 23
when i request password reset it does not recognize my email address
even though it is the email i bought it under
any help would be appreciated

I'm having the exact same issue. Do we have to register a new account to the same username?

That is correct. Because of a new backend provider with OOTP23, you have to re-register with the same email address and username you used in 22.


If you don't remember your email address you had with your username in OOTP22, you can go to https://challenge.ootpdevelopments.com/, log in and look it up.
