Minor League Report Overhaul

The minor league report is in need of a major overhaul. I've attached a screenshot in case anyone is unaware of it...which also will lead me to a different feature suggestion... More on that later.

Currently, this report is nothing more than a spreadsheet and provides little value since you can get this same information from your players tab. It does however show you some recommendations for each player's level. This report would be far more useful, and exciting, to everyone if it did the following:

1. Make it into a "one-pager". Meaning that you don't have to scroll through multiple pages to digest everything. It all fits onto one screen. To accomplish this, you will need to apply some computer logic so that only interesting players are on it.

2. Highlight who is hot and who is cold or struggling. The current page kind of does this by saying players are ready for the next level, but I think that's mostly just tied to those red/green arrows. I would like to know, who's been performing well over the last 30 days and who is struggling.

3. Highlight who is developing well or who has regressed. This kind of ties into #2 and #1.

4. This report should show in our email like the development report does. Create a setting so you can control the frequency of this report. I would personally like it every week if I'm playing out every game. Also if I'm playing out every game, a daily rundown of my organization would be useful.

Great suggestion. This could go a long way in making the GM aspects of the game much more immersive. I'd like to see comments from a hitting coach, for example, that let me know "Hey, this guy is ready for next level fastballs, but may struggle with movement.". This may be too much for a single page report, but if the report only displays prospects I should know (or care) about, then this could work.

Sounds good, this is another of those things that looks good on the tab description and then you open it and... eh.

I'd love to see it look more like the "league newspaper" page but just a roundup of your MILB system. Or a screen with the pulldowns so you can choose what goes in each box like on the team homepage.
