I would be incredibly grateful if someone was able to help me out with this.

The league structure is 1 league, 3 divisions, 4 teams in each division. 144 games, 4 game series.

The season length is 183 days. That's 36 4-game series with a day off after each one (not including the last game of the season), plus a 5-day break after the 22nd series.

Each team plays their division rivals 4 4-game series. Each team plays against opposite division teams 3 4-game series.

That's pretty much it
