pack opening screen problem

I don't want to be known as the player who cries wolf, but this time I do have a problem that I don't know what to do with.

Every time I open a pack, the card opening animation is extremely slow, and I've tried all the speed settings, on the profile & settings page, including Default. Not only that, after the cards are done creeping into place, nothing happens, I cant sell any cards, no "open next pack button" in the lower right corner, nothing. All I can do is exit the game to get out of the screen.

Any Ideas? Thank You.

Just a thought, but it's worth keeping your graphics drivers up to date. I once had a major PT slowdown issue that a gpu driver update fixed.

Thank you for the suggestion, I've updated everything and the problem persists.

The good news is updating my graphics driver was long overdue.
