All black hats in Team Logos, Colors & Uniforms

Updated to 3.61, but now in Team Logos, Colors & Uniforms, in the preview window, no matter what cap I select, it shows up as black on the player's head. It puts the right cap on his head in the game, but you can't see what you're doing in the preview window.

It looks like the patch may not have installed properly.

If you go to settings > troubleshooting and then hit the button to 'force reinstall game data'. Or on Steam, right click on OOTP in the Steam client and then verify the local files, that should fix things up.

So what does this do and does it work when OOTP is running? All layers are wearing C gear on field and in jersey screens.

Don't do it while OOTP is running. It will reinstall any files that are not properly installed but it needs the game to be closed to do so properly.
