First PT23 Championship!

My Last Chance Texaco finally got over the hump after finishing first for six straight seasons from Rookie to Gold levels. Nice to put this one away, and it's off to Diamond tomorrow. Sid Fernandez was the second-half hero, going 9-4, 2.09 in his last 19 starts, including a win in the Series clincher. R.A. Dickey moved to the pen for playoff ball and notched 4 saves, 2 wins to go along with a single run allowed over 11 innings of work.

As the saying goes, front offices are bristling with energy. Time to look for upgrades and hope that 76 Boog Powell keeps belting balls out of the park (232 in six seasons, pretty damn good for a silver card).
