Should still work the same. I'd recommend if you feel you aren't getting drops, check your Drops/Inventory section in the Twitch App.

Also, watching VODs of past streams do not count toward drops.

I just activated my Perfect Team environment today, but did it after I started watching dishnet's stream. 2 of the packs ticked, but since I hadn't clicked into the Perfect Team area yet, they just evaporated.

Is there any way to get those back? Thanks!

Last 2 weeks I have gotten any packs from watching TWIPT. last week was 4 packs (maybe 3) this week was 2 packs got the late

As far as I am aware of, they don't award drops for OOTP22 anymore.

Now it is for OOTP23 and you have to re-link your account to get 23 drops, as they don't automatically carry over from one game version to another.
