Missing Card!

I had Inserted Ray Danridge into my starting lineup for one of my teams, and now the card is missing and no where to be found. Developers if you are reading this some help please. I ssubmitted a ticket for it. It is ticket#16950

Yes I have, I also checked to see if it was sold by accident...no dice..

Now it seems like an early in the cycle problem is happening. It is now changing up my roster...

Are you sure you don't have any filters on that might preclude you from seeing it? It should be on your team somewhere.

Yeah no filters that would preclude me from seeing it. The roster move showed, as it was for DJ lemihou and he wasn't available for 14 days.

Again....for the third bump(time)....really....unreal...can we get this fixed...my missing card...the AI randomly taking over my team....I can not even see who they are demoting...because the card goes missing.....lets fix this SH*&^T already...now I have two cards that are F*#&king missing....jeez!!!

For the Dandridge card, as far as we can see from the server logs, it's definitely still in your collection. Is it still missing, or did you find him and add him back to your roster? We have not seen any server errors handling imports for your team - what time last week did you first notice him go missing?

I would suggest that you exit the game, delete all the pt league folders in your saved game directory (all the .pt ones), enable trace mode, and log in again. If you can send that trace through, that might help see what is happening.

You mention a second missing card as well? Who was that? Also, when you look at your collection, does it seem like any cards are completely not valid on there?

We're still investigating the server logs to see if we can trace what happened, but the more we can narrow down the better we can drill into things.

Thank You for the response....I do not know who the second card is...it is a pitcher that is all I could tell because when i opened PT this morning there was a 70's pitcher in my bullpen, and I would never have had one considering I have a bunch of 80's and 90's, and I just cant remember who that pitcher was....

As far as dandridge goes...he doesn't show anywhere. He does not even show in the collection missions screen...I mean if he was somewhere on my roster..he would show there...I know exactly when he went missing but I noticed it on June 16th at 7:30ish

I will do what you ask...and send the trace file..

The trace didn't really show anything. We would ideally need to see a trace from a larger session where you actually log into your team or teams I think to potentially see the issue. Log in, open your league, navigate to the Manage Cards screen, and run that for each of your teams.

As far as we can tell internally, your Albany team still should have that card in their collection. So we're still trying to see what you might be seeing with that team and why it doesn't show up.

It may not help, but another suggestion to try would be to delete the data/online_data/cache/card_cache.dat (or probably copy it to somewhere else and remove the original file) with the game closed. If something in there was corrupted, that could potentially have an impact. Although it should get refreshed regularly enough that I don't think it would still be impacting things and "hiding" cards.
