Rosters being randomly reset

The past 2 times i've logged into 2 separate accounts (nickyanks and nickpmore) I've found that theres a 14 day wait on some players on the reserve that had been on my roster for many years. This has happened several times on the nickyanks account and now its the first time on the nickpmore account. What is happening that is randomly putting new players on my roster?

If you can enable tracing mode and run a trace before you log in, if you see the issue again, please send the trace file. It should not reset, but we believe the issue is something that happens when you log back in.

Is there anything that you remember doing before logging in and seeing the issues?

No i'd just log in and it'd happen. For the most part I stay logged in on my main (nickwatic) for a majority of my time and then maybe 4 times a week I log into my other accounts and very often the game will send 7-10 players to the reserves on the sim that I log in. Next time I decide to check those teams I'll run the trace
