Errors when opening packs

I completed a couple of the Brooks Robinson missions that had silver packs as rewards - 2 packs total.
When I tried to open the first pack, the screen just said "contacting server" for about 5 minutes until I finally forced stopped the program.
I opened the program back up, only had one pack remaining, tried to open that pack and the same thing happened.
Opened the program. No packs left. Is there a way to know if I actually received the cards in these packs? My transaction history says I opened these packs, but unless I see a new perfect card or something in my collection, I'm not going to notice whether there are new cards there.

Im not receiving twitch drops right now either, seems to be server issues again.

This happened to me as well, I completed a bronze BIL and locked the silver in, had 2 packs to open, froze during first pack, came back in and there was 1 pack left but nothing showing for what occurred in first pack reveal, no cards on reserve team that were not there before and no new duplicates when I searched card list to see if I had to deactivate any.

Was not from this account but one of my alts

Me too. Said waiting on server. I left it on all night and still said waiting on server over 12 hours later. Had to turn it off and I lost the pack I was trying to open.

The cards from packs are not lost, the game will assign the players from the packs to your team on your inactive roster. Obviously if there was no player with a huge value it can be hard to track down, but packs are not lost if there is an error in opening.

Would it be possible to add "received (player) from a ___ pack" as entries in the transaction log?

This would make it easier to go back and figure out what got added to your roster when the game decides it's nap time.

And speaking of the transaction log, can it please be made exportable? I'd like to see 500 rows of "Received Cole Tucker from a Standard pack"!
