Login Streak

Is there a certain time you need to login each day by in order to qualify for the streak rewards?

I log in every day. Yesterday I did so in the morning, around 10AM Eastern, getting my login for X number of days in a row. Today I logged in around 7PM Eastern, and it's my first one towards my streak. This is the third time it's occurred. First one I just chalked up to maybe I didn't login properly (I don't always close out OOTP, I just leave it open and come back to it the next day). Second one I was pretty sure I logged in but then I thought maybe I just didn't hop on yesterday.

I guess I'm just confused as to what accounts for logging in and when you have to do it by each day to count for that day's rewards. Thanks!

I had this happen also. I haven't really paid attention to the time I get the login-rewards, but it's definitely in the afternoon.

So 10AM on one day, then 7PM the next, and you must have missed the window, since that's a 33 hour period. After it happened, I made sure to do a quick login every evening and my streaks have stayed intact for all 3 of my teams.

so 10 AM Friday followed by 7 PM Saturday should have kept you alive because there was only one 8 PM there. Are you sure you corrected for the time zone correctly if you're not in the Eastern US?

The rollover occurs at 8pm EST every day. I live in the EST time zone, so I log in after 8pm everyday to stay on schedule. The "key" is to try and log in the same time every day as long as it isn't around the rollover time.

I am in the Eastern US and on the correct time zone. Thanks for the answers though guys, I'll try to make sure I login after 8PM to keep the streak going just to be sure moving forward. I appreciate it.

Mine got broken today as well ... is there anyone I can contact about it??

I logged in at 8AM PST yesterday, and then logged in at 8:30PM PST tonight ... streak got reset. This keeps happening and I'm starting to get more and more frustrated.

As has been mentioned before, the streak counts midnight UTC as the change of a day (which is currently 8pm EDT and 5pm PDT). So in PST times, a login at 8am on Wednesday and 8pm on Thursday are treated as a login for the 22nd and the 24th, and no login on the 23rd.
