Pick the team you want to apply them to.

Go to Home tab,
Go to Settings tab,
Modify Teams Colors, logos, and textures.

You will be brought to this screen

Choose ballcap tab
Choose select option on that screen, navigate to the folder where you have the cap saved. Load it.
You can choose whether you want it for home or away games. You can also click the add button and make it an alternate uniform.
