Challenge mode

I'm not sure if this is an in-game bug or something else, but I recently began a Challenge Mode game and I have no info on it through the OOTP Online page. Also, I just noticed that my username to sign in is capitalized (as it is here on the forums) but isn't capitalized as my PT username (in-game). I am positive I used the capitalized name for both as I was being careful to use the same info as previous versions.

The OOTP Online page has a "Coming Soon" box where my profile should be and the home page has a graphic to sign up through OOTP 23, which I have already done. Not sure how to make changes since I have no access to my profile online.

Any help would be appreciated.

Since I can't seem to get a response here, I did a little experiment and started up a second account with a different email. Same thing shows on the Challenge Mode page: I get the "Coming Soon" on the profile page and a graphic on the home page.

Challenge Mode isn't fully active yet, thus the 'coming soon' box.
