Punchlist issues, missing login reward pack?

I logged in yesterday, and as you can see, at 8:36am on June 8, I was rewarded with 750 PP. I logged in today, 11:03am June 9, and it says I got a Standard Pack.

I never received the standard pack. I logged out and restarted the game, and the pack still never showed up.

Then I looked at the punch list. It is still showing 750 as the "active" reward, not even on the pack, despite the transaction history saying I got the pack (I did not).

There nusances keep occurring over and over. And don't get me started on the fact that every other day, the game "forgets" my username and password despite having the box checked to stay logged in.

Update: The card pack did finally appear about 30 minutes ago. Still though, can anyone confirm on the visual issue/delay?
